September marked the 5th straight monthly decline for the S&P 500, and yet the indexes remain range-bound for now. A break could be imminent, and with short-term lower highs in place, that’s not an encouraging sign for the bulls.
Trading Scene Still Great
On Nov 1, I mentioned the scene was set to improve, and since then we’ve seen exactly that. I didn’t base that post on the notion of higher prices necessarily, because UP does not equal GOOD – just as DOWN does not equal BAD.
